"This was my second stay at this hotel and it was better than ever! From the minute you arrive the staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The rooms are HUGE, the bathrooms sufficient and the balcony large and inviting! The restaurants, the food and the drinks all top notch -- The pool looked lovely and was full of fellow travelers although why you would sit around a pool when idyllic Waikiki beach is just across the street is beyond me. The Concierge (Laurie) booked a perfect catamaran sunset tour and the location of the hotel near Kapiolani park and a quick jaunt to Leonard's bakery for Malasadas before getting on the H1 freeway for a day of sightseeing was, again, perfect. All in all a very well run and managed Marriott good for all types of travelers."

"We spent 7 days here - heaven!! Very conveniently situated to everything! Lots of space and very very clean!! Staff were supreme - very helpful and able to assist with all queries. Bellboys were very accomodating as were the Desk staff. Pool area was very good as was the service there. Music at night first rate! We got an ocean view room and this was so beautiful. Will stay again!!!"

"The resort is lovely and I will definitely recommend it to my clients and also push for them to do the upgrade to the ocean view category. It is very well worth it. I also love how the Marriott takes in to consideration that flights to leave late out of Honolulu so the extended room stay for $75 was very well worth it.
 
I also wanted to mention to you that a staff member of this property was just amazing. He was so kind, helpful and genuinely happy. He made our trip very memorable and he deserves recognition for his great service. His name was Brandon and he works at the front desk.

"Thank you Waikiki Marriott!  My daughter (13) and I felt very safe and happy in the hotel.  Fortunately, we got lucky and our partial ocean view room was upgraded to an ocean view room.  Wow... it was absolutely beautiful!  I wish we could have stayed longer.  I will have to start planning another trip soon!  Hopefully, the rates will not go up though, this economy is tough on everyone in the U.S.  Thanks again Marriott for the wonderful stay!  Sincerely, Tracy Jimenez, San Diego, CA."

"Your staff was outstanding from check in to check out.  They were able to give us our room early after flying all night which was really great.  For check out my travel partner was in the hospital and the staff provided him a late check out in order for him to return and get cleaned up prior to our flight.  I only was able to eat breakfast on the morning of check out, the food was great and the waitress was outstanding and packed us a few items for the flight.  I look forward to staying at Waikiki Beach Marriott when I get to take a vacation someday." - Rochelle T.
