• Kona Moku Ballroom, with 6,993 square feet of space, can accommodate groups up to 800 set theater-style and up to 600 for a formal banquet. This ballroom is located on the third floor of the Paoakalani Tower. View 360 degree video
• Waikiki Ballroom, with 3,993 square feet of space, can accommodate groups up to 450 set theater-style and up to 340 for a formal banquet. This ballroom is located on the third floor of the Paoakalani Tower. 

Ballroom is equipped with doors able to open out to pre-function space or open-air lanais. Each ballroom may be separated into three sections with partitioning walls.  View 360 degree video
• Leahi Ballroom, featuring 4,481 square feet of space, accommodating 650 set theater-style and as many as 400 for a formal banquet. This ballroom is located on the second floor of the Kealohilani Tower and has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful beach at Waikiki.  View 360 degree video
• Meeting Rooms, nine meeting rooms accommodate groups from 30 to 100 people each. Perfect for more intimate gatherings, these rooms vary in square footage.
• Outdoor Facilities, at 4,500 square feet, the Waikiki Terrace can accommodate 400 for a reception. It is located poolside on the third floor of the Paoakalani Tower.
• Moana Terrace, situated poolside on the third floor of the Kealohilani Tower, the terrace offers a unique opportunity for functions to take advantage of Hawaii's tropical climate.
• Pualeilani Terrace, located adjacent to the Moana Terrace, this spot offers over 7,900 square feet of outdoor function space for meetings, banquets, or special functions of up to 600 guests. View 360 degree video
